Welcome to the Get Satisfaction Developer Network!

The Get Satisfaction API lets you access the data inside Get Satisfaction, and let you and your users put data inside Get Satisfaction.

The good news: the API is simple, clean, RESTful API's, and they should let you replicate almost all the functionality of Get Satisfaction from outside Get Satisfaction.

The challenge: this is the first outside use of the Get Satisfaction API, and it doesn't have a lot of documentation, and there are undoubtedly bugs and holes that you will stumble over, but Get Satisfaction has responsive developers who are eager for your feedback and want to fix any problems you run into.

See Getting Started to find out how to get your API key (only needed for writing into the API)

See the docs for more information on using the API.

Helper Libraries

The Get Satisfaction API has several libraries available that you can leverage to more easily use the API.  Notably, there is a library written for Ruby, and one written for PHP.
